A careful blend of Brazilian Santos and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans, offering notes of dark chocolate, berry, and caramel.

Single-Origin Pour-Over

Colombian Huila Reserve

- Altitude: 1,750 meters

- Process: Washed

- Notes: Orange blossom, honey, brown sugar

- Roast: Medium

Ethiopian Natural Process

- Altitude: 1,900 meters

- Process: Natural

- Notes: Blueberry, jasmine, dark chocolate

- Roast: Light-Medium

Our small-batch roasting approach ensures:
