The sun-drenched coasts of the Mediterranean have long inspired chefs with their vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and relaxed dining culture. This summer, we're bringing that same spirit to our tasting menu, transforming the finest local ingredients with Mediterranean techniques and traditions.

The Mediterranean Inspiration

Our chef's recent journey through coastal towns inspired dishes that capture the essence of:

- Greek island tavernas

- Sicilian family kitchens

- Provençal markets

- Spanish coastal bars

- Lebanese seaside cafes

The New Summer Menu

First Course: Sea and Citrus

Fresh local sea bass crudo with Amalfi lemon, wild oregano, and first-press olive oil. Each bite captures the bright flavors of the Mediterranean coast.

Second Course: Earth and Garden

Heritage tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella, basil crystals, and aged balsamic. Our take on the timeless Caprese, elevated with modern techniques.

Third Course: Pasta del Mare

House-made squid ink linguine with local seafood, cherry tomatoes, and sea herbs. A tribute to the fishermen's pasta of the Italian coast.

Main Course: From the Wood Fire

Grilled lamb with preserved lemon, za'atar, and smoked eggplant puree. The meeting point of North African spices and European techniques.

Dessert: Sweet Mediterranean

Orange blossom panna cotta with pine honey, pistachios, and fresh figs. A light yet satisfying finish to the journey.
